Finding focus: never miss a Monday

There’s an idea that’s popular in workout circles: never miss a Monday.


For fitness folks, this means never skipping a Monday workout voluntarily, so they can start their week off with success and a good mindset. The same can be said for one’s work – starting Monday out right sets the tone for the remainder of the week.


Here’s one Monday that you definitely will not want to miss: on Monday, September 13th, from 9 a.m. to noon, we’ll be hosting Find Your Focus: The Bigger, Better Bubble. Whether you’re already a devoted Bubbler or looking to try out a Focus Bubble for the first time, this event is for you.

Start your Monday with focused 55-minute bouts of work, interspersed with 5-minute breaks for re-energizing your brain and body. You’ll be amazed at how productive you can be in a Focus Bubble.


Afterwards, no matter what the rest of the week throws at you, you’ll have had one, two, or three productive work sessions at the start of it that you can be proud of.


Focus Bubbles, backed by the sciences of endorphins, executive function, and positive peer pressure, provide the perfect setting for getting into a focused flow of deep, productive work.
